First Day of Life-Hospital Photography
(McKinney, Frisco, and Plano Hospitals)
I will capture your baby's first few hours of life during this session. Instead of snapping some quick pictures on your iPhone, and then getting disappointed with the print quality, you can depend on me to capture your baby's first bath, the hospital bands around her tiny little wrists, the little rolls around her ankles, the peach fuzz on his little shoulders, mommy/baby time in bed, daddy/baby time in the hospital rocking chair, etc. I charge a flat rate of $250 for this session, which includes my driving time, up to two hours in the hospital, all sitting fees, and 10 edited images.
Newborn Photo Shoot Options
I recommend scheduling the newborn shoot when your little bundle of joy is 1-2 weeks old. Waiting until he/she is a month old is a little risky because they don't sleep as much! During the photo shoot, you are more than welcome to feed and give diaper changes between outfit/prop changes. We are basically on baby's schedule, and throughout the years I have learned that they are the "boss." I expect newborn shoots to last 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on their mood that day, which is why I don't charge hourly like most photographers. For newborn shoots, I usually bring all of my equipment to your home so that you can feel comfortable and don't have to stress about packing up the whole house for a photo shoot. I also understand that mommas and daddies are typically very tired during those first few weeks, so coming to your house is usually more convenient for you! I have two children of my own, so I completely understand how stressful it can be to time out feedings, naps, diaper changes, etc.! I'm flexible during these shoots and will do anything I can do help make this a wonderful experience for you and your family's newest addition!

This option gives you the opportunity to customize your package and spread the photos out during your baby's first year. You get to choose when you'd like to have your 3 photo shoots; you could schedule one at 3 months of age, 6 months, and 9 months. Or maybe newborn, 6 months, and one year old. It's up to you! You can either pay the full package price up front, or you can pay half now and the other half at the 2nd shoot. What a great way to cherish each milestone.
Baby's First Year of Life | $800

This package gives you the most "bang for your buck" because it includes 12 photo shoots (one each month). This way you can capture your little one's whole first year of life. The way it works is that each month, I will visit you at your home (or a location of our choice) and photograph your growing baby. You can either pay the package price up front, or you can pay half now and the other half at 6 months. It's up to you! What a great way to cherish each milestone, from newborn to sitting, to crawling, to their their first tooth, to walking! Take the pressure off your shoulders and let me capture these special moments for their baby books.
